1. Product Availability Our products are handcrafted with care, and stock is limited. If something you love is out of stock, it’s not the end of the world (but close). We’ll do our best to restock or offer similar options, but no guarantees!

2. Pricing Prices are as listed and may change faster than you can say “natural dyes.” We reserve the right to adjust prices due to material costs, demand, or just because we feel like it. However, once you’ve placed your order, the price is locked in.

3. Orders & Payments Payment is required upfront. We accept all major credit cards, online payment methods, and firstborn children (just kidding, or are we?). Orders will be processed once payments are confirmed.

4. Shipping We’ll do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes, shipping might take longer (blame the postal system, not us). Once shipped, the product is out of our hands—literally.

5. Returns & Refunds Not vibing with your purchase? You can return it within 15 days of delivery, but items must be in their original, unused condition. We don’t accept returns on discounted items—because you scored a deal, didn’t you?

6. Intellectual Property Everything you see on our site, from product descriptions to images, is our hard work (or the work of someone we’ve hired). Don’t steal it. We will find you (and send you a strongly worded letter).

7. Changes to Terms These terms might change if we suddenly get an overwhelming urge to rewrite them, or if the law requires it. Keep an eye on this page—because we won’t be emailing you every time.

 8. Governing Law By using our website, you agree that these terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India (where we proudly operate).
